Ms. Bhavna Choudhary is the Founder and Managing Director of New Door Realtors, a real estate consulting company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. With over 13 years of real estate experience with a clear goal — to offer trusted and professional property solutions in the real estate market.
Ms. Choudhary is masters from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. She began her journey in real estate as an associate and, through her hard work and strong knowledge, quickly achieved great success. With her skills and experience, she turned her start-up into New Door Realtors, now a well-known name in the real estate industry.
She has deep understanding in areas such as property sales, land deals, investment advisory, and project marketing. Under her leadership, New Door Realtors has completed many successful projects and built strong relationships with clients and real estate partners.
Ms. Choudhary is known for her positive attitude, strong leadership, and clear vision. She motivates her team, supports their growth, and always puts the client’s needs first. Her ability to connect with both customers and partners has helped the company grow steadily and build long-term trust.

Mr. Ram Kunwar Kumawat is the Partner and General Manager at New Door Realtors, playing a key role in the company’s operations and overall growth. He joined the organization in 2024, bringing strong management and leadership skills to the team.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business and Accounting from Rajasthan University, completed in 2016. With his educational background and practical experience, Mr. Kumawat effectively manages team coordination, accounts, marketing, and office administration.
His responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth internal communication, and supporting the team to meet business goals efficiently. Known for his organized work style and proactive approach, he ensures that the company runs smoothly and continues to deliver high-quality service to clients.
